Returns and refunds

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Items should be returned complete and in their original packaging. To start a return, email hello@ondra.example with your order number. We refund to your original payment method within 5 working days after the return arrives.

Free gifts that came with an order can be kept or returned; they are never charged.
