My end-of-day signal

Water, four drops of cedar, lights low. It has become the thing that tells me the work day is over.

Beautiful object

It looks like a piece of pottery, not a gadget. It stays out on the shelf even when it's off.

Quiet

I was worried about noise in the bedroom. You only hear a faint hum if the room is completely silent.

The timer is the best part

I set it to one hour when I go to bed and never think about it again.

Smaller than I thought

Lovely, but smaller than it looked in the photos. Fine for a bedroom, a bit small for our open living room.
